1. Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the supply of Virtual Office Services by Flexy Virtual Office (“Flexy Virtual Offices,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to you (“you” or the “Client”).

By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Definitions

• Services means the virtual office, business address, mail-handling, forwarding, scanning, and related services we make available to you.
• Address means the commercial business address assigned to you under your selected plan.
• Plan means the subscription tier you select, which determines pricing, mail allowances, and included features.
• Order means your request to subscribe to a Plan, submitted through our website or client dashboard.

3. The Services We Provide

We provide a real, bank-verified commercial address that you may use as your registered business address, together with the mail-handling features included in your chosen Plan. The specific features available to you depend on the Plan you select.

We will use reasonable care and skill to provide the Services. We may, from time to time, update or modify features to improve the Services, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the core benefits of your Plan.

4. Eligibility & Identity Verification

To comply with United States Postal Service regulations, you must complete and submit a notarized USPS Form 1583 and provide two valid forms of identification before we can receive or handle mail on your behalf.

You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of any business entity you represent. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend Services where verification cannot be completed.

5. Your Account & Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
• Ensure that the information associated with your account remains current and accurate.
• Use the Address only for lawful business purposes consistent with your Plan.
• Respond promptly to mail-handling instructions and identity-verification requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not use the Services to:

• Conduct or facilitate any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• Receive hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials.
• Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Violate any applicable postal, tax, or business-registration regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately if we reasonably believe the Address is being used in breach of this section.

7. Mail Handling & Forwarding

We will receive mail and packages addressed to you in accordance with your Plan. Depending on your Plan, we may scan, forward, hold, or securely dispose of items. Forwarding postage and handling fees may apply and will be charged in addition to your subscription. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for items not properly addressed to your account.

8. Fees, Billing & Renewals

Fees for the Services are set out at the point of order. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees.

We do not charge setup fees. Additional services — such as mail forwarding postage, extra scans, or registered-agent add-ons — are billed separately as incurred.

9. Term, Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your client dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Upon cancellation, you must promptly update your business address with all third parties, as we will cease receiving mail on your behalf.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software made available through our website and dashboard are owned by or licensed to Flexy Virtual Offices and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Services except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business, or goodwill.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flexy Virtual Offices, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
